These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Table Watch (“Service,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Table Watch is a reservation availability alert service. We monitor third-party restaurant reservation platforms — including Resy and OpenTable — and send you a notification when a table matching your specified criteria becomes available.
Table Watch is an independent service and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or in any way officially connected to Resy, OpenTable, or any restaurant listed on those platforms. All product names and trademarks are the property of their respective owners.
Table Watch alerts you when our monitoring detects an available reservation slot. We do not hold, reserve, or book tables on your behalf. By the time you act on an alert, the availability may have been taken by another diner. We make no guarantee that any alerted table will still be available when you attempt to book it.
The Service is provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis. We do not warrant uninterrupted monitoring or alert delivery.
You may use Table Watch only for personal, non-commercial reservation monitoring. You agree not to:
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts used in violation of these rules, with or without prior notice.
Table Watch offers paid subscription plans billed monthly. All payments are processed by Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize Stripe to charge your payment method on a recurring monthly basis until you cancel.
You may cancel at any time from your account settings or by emailing billing@tablewatch.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not issue prorated refunds for partial months, except where required by applicable law.
Monthly alert limits reset at the start of each billing cycle. Unused alerts do not roll over.
You may close your account at any time by contacting contact@tablewatch.com. We may suspend or terminate your account if you have violated these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Table Watch and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including missed reservations or delays in alert delivery. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 30 days preceding the claim.
If changes are material, we will notify you by email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in New York County, New York.
